Hey guys!
Artemis here!
Today I'll be telling you about my top 5 anime most loved by me!(Based on the anime I've watched so far, so forgive me if your faves aren't here)
Please remember that this list is based purely on my opinion and everyone has different views!!!!!
Okay, Number 5!
The Files Of Young Kindaichi
I don't really know when this anime came out or when it ended but when i saw the first few episodes, I was hooked onto it.
This anime was something i had never seen before, even though I had heard of Detective Conan and Hyouka(this one was good too!), The files of young kindaichi really caught my eye. It's a mystery and thriller anime.
Each episode has you glued to the screen with it's unexpected murders, confusing clues, unusual characters, weird situations and even more unexpected murderers.
The first mystery itself was such a thrill, you think the murder is commited by someone but then, BAM! That person dies.
Kindaichi is one of those failures in class but he excells at mystery solving and often goes on adventures with his childhood friend Miyuki(I ship it! Well you'd have to cause it's obvious.)
I really recommend this anime to those who love cliff hangers at the end of every episode... I was kidding, no one likes cliff hangers, but watch it anyway.

Number 4
Inazuma eleven
This is one of those animes that really captured my heart the moment i saw it. For those of you who dont like the typical, "I'm never giving up!" line, don't watch it, literally in every game they play, the Raimon Eleven use this line.
This is a soccer anime. It takes place in Raimon Junior High, with it's soccer club and it's captain Mark Evans( Endou Mamoru). Mark is a great team leader who promotes friendship and the 'never-giving-up' spirit in his team. They literally scare evry powerful team, making them say, "Why won't these guys ever give up?" Cause they're Raimon that's why!
Each character develops and grows in their own way through all the seasons of this anime, and that is one of the most important things a long series has to have. My favourite characters are Axel Blaze(Gouenji Shuuya) and Shawn Frost(Fubuki Shiro).
Both of them are really cool and have their amazing hissatsu tactics(special techniques) with them. Each of them has his own interesting back story that has led them to becoming who they are, though I lean a bit more to Axel.
A whole second series came out portraying 10 years after the original Raimon, called Inazuma Eleven Go(not very creative, i know.) starring Arion Sherwind(Tenma Matsukaze), Victor Blade(Tsurugi Kyousuke) and Riccardo Di Rigo(Shindou Takuto). Ireally thought that this whole series(all three seasons, ESPECIALLY the 'Inazuma Eleven Go galaxy'.) was unnecessary, but whatever, the more the merrier.
You gotta love Inazuma Eleven!

Number 3
Kuroko no Basuke
I was actually very recently introduced to this anime, even though i had heard of it, and was nagged into watching it, and i was really glad i was! Thanks Ahi Ayomukhi!
Kuroko no Basuke surprised me. I thought it would be a lot like Inazuma Eleven except with basket ball(I honestly hated basket ball before but now i love it!) but it wasn't. And that's why my 3rd favourite anime is Kuroko no Basuke.
I absolutely loved the idea of the Generation of Miracles. Five prodigies plus one? I adored it. Every match played had an equal chance of losing and winning.
In Inazuma Eleven(mainly Go) I kinda noticed a pattern in each match. They would lose the very first match, but then in the next matches, they would begin to lose in the first half and make an amazing comeback in the second. After a while, it kinda bored me but never the less I still loved it.
Coming back to Kuroko no Basuke, each match played seriously had me sitting on the edge of my chair, biting my nails and breathing fast. This anime has a way of making you feel what the characters did, at least that's how I felt. I didn't want them to lose. And there was no way to tell whether Seirin would win the match or lose it. In other words, I loved the suspense.
It wasn't only about the game though it had friendship, humor(loads of it), enemies and lots more(watch to find out!)
My favourite characters are Kuroko and Akashi. Their abilities are seriously amazing and i won't spoil it for those who havent watched it yet.
This is one of the best sports anime in Japan and that's saying something.

Number 2
Hunter X Hunter
AHHHHHHHHHHH!
I LOVE THIS ANIME SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!
Togashi Yoshihiro is a genius!
This is an anime that was one of the first that I had ever watched, and it seriously had me addicted. Though there are two versions, I've only watched the one that came out in 2011, I haven't watched the one from the 90's, they say that it's not that great. I read the manga too.
This anime stars Gon Freecs, a 12 year old boy, was abandoned by his father(Ging Freecs) 12 years prior to the story. He learns about the hunters, people who specialise in hunting pursuits, etc. His father is one of the best. Curious to know what being a hunter actually meant, how it might have been so important as for his dad to leave him with his aunt Mito, Gon embarks on a journey to find his father. On the way, he meets several other hunters, three of which become his best friends, Kurapika, Leorio and Killua.
This anime is an all-rounder for me, it has everything an anime needs to have. Action, adventure, humor, tragedy,(it doesn't have many cliff hangers). This anime had me in splits, in tears, biting my nails, all that, it is really an amazing thing to experiance.
My favourite characters are Gon and Killua. Gon's determination and happiness is something to admire. He is a loyal friend, a very loyal friend and an awesome fighter. He didn't feel upset when he heard that his father left, he instead wanted to experiance that feeling of being a hunter that Ging did and I really liked that. Killua is one of those cool kids with a dark past(which I'm not gonna spoil) and amazing powers. I loved the friendship between these two, it really gave me the feels.
I do think that in the last arc(Chimera ant arc) the characters really changed and that upset me a lot, Gon became much more serious and Killua, much more miserable.
The manga is known to have started off again, after it stopped in 2012 and I hope the new episodes will be out soon.
